Evening Bulletin folds, again.

Evening Bulletin publisher Tom Rice assembled staff at the newspaper's Center City office this afternoon to announce that today's paper will be its last and all its employees are out of a job. The newspaper has long struggled and workers often complained of not being paid on time. We hear that Rice tonight is taking the whole staff out for drinks at the Fox & Hound (15th & Spruce) and that the staff is expected to receive some type of severance package.

The paper began publishing in Nov. 2004 after Rice bought rights to the name the Evening Bulletin, a long-running and very popular newspaper that folded in 1982.
