People Paper reader Lil' Kim voted off "DWTS"

Former Center City  resident Lil' Kim reads the People Paper. The hip-hop princess and "Dancing with the Stars" contestant, who was voted off the show last night, tells TVGuide.com that it was "so sweet" that a fellow inmate at the Federal Detention Center (where Kim was incarcerated for 10 months) gave her "a shout-out in the Daily News."

In March, we published kind words for Kim from Sydia Bagley,  now locked up in federal prison in Connecticut for her part in an armed robbery,  responding to Kim's shout-out on the first episode of "DWTS" to all her girls at the FDC.
