Here's your look at five stories to know about before the weekend:

1. Same-sex weddings: Gay and lesbian couples in Pennsylvania who obtained their marriage certificates Tuesday can say their vows starting today. Just after midnight on the Art Museum steps, a Philadelphia pair became one of the first to wed since same-sex marriage became legal in the state.

2. Memorial Day: It's a long holiday weekend. Many of you will be heading to the Shore, but there are plenty of events closer to the city as well. Here's your Memorial Day weekend forecast.

3. Gubernatorial candidates meet: After York businessman Tom Wolf's Tuesday primary victory, all of the Democrats who ran for governor in Pennsylvania will meet for breakfast at the Oregon Diner this morning, with other politicians expected to drop by the ritual gathering.

4. Wash Cycle expansion: The Philadelphia laundry-delivery service Wash Cycle is expanding to the nation's capital, with entrepreneur Gabriel Mandujano and others from the company leaving Philadelphia Sunday to bike to Washington, D.C. The bike-based delivery business will officially launch there next week.

5. Waived tolls: For one hour -- 5 to 6 p.m. today -- eastbound motorists on the Atlantic City Expressway won't have to pay tolls at the Egg Harbor plaza. Chickie's & Pete's is picking up the tab.
