Miranda Cosgrove in bus accident
Nickelodeon star Miranda Cosgrove broke her ankle in a tour bus crash this morning.
Warbler-actor Miranda Cosgrove broke her ankle earlier this morning when her tour bus hit a tractor-trailer about 14 miles east of Vandalia, Ill. (It's northeast of St. Louis.)
Police tell the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that three people on the bus were takent to a nearby hospital for treatment. Miranda, 18, who is best known for her role in Nickelodeon's iCarly, was not seriously injured.
"There were five passengers on the bus, and Miranda suffered a broken ankle," Miranda's rep tells People.com. "At the time, we are told everyone will be fine."
Miranda is currently on her Dancing Crazy Summer Tour, which brought her to the Mann Center on July 22.
