Eagles place center David Molk on injured reserve
The Eagles placed center David Molk on injured reserve with a torn right biceps. Molk played five special teams snaps in Monday's 26-24 loss to the Atlanta Falcons.
The Eagles did not yet fill Molk's spot on the roster. Josh Andrews, who has not yet played in a regular-season game, is the other center option on the Eagles' roster.
Julian Vandervelde, who was released on Sept. 5, is a likely candidate to return.
The Eagles also made moves on their practice squad. They signed nose tackle Travis Raciti and running back Kevin Monangai, both of whom spent the preseason with the team. They released tight end Andrew Gleichert. The Miami Dolphins signed running back Raheem Mostert off the Eagles' practice squad.
