The amount of money in the deal isn't known yet.
Warmack was the No. 10 overall draft pick in 2013. He spent his pro entire career up to now with Tennessee, starting all 48 games he has played in.
Only two of those games were during the 2016 season, though. He suffered a torn tendon in his right middle finger in September that took him out for the rest of the season.
The Titans had already decided in May to not exercise a fifth-year option on Warmack's contract. Doing so would have cost $11.9 million.
