Jaylen Watkins active, Brandon Graham to start

Brandon Graham will start at outside linebacker and Jaylen Watkins is active in place of Trent Cole, who is out Saturday against the Washington Redskins because of a broken hand. Graham has not started this season. Watkins has played three games this season.

The Eagles' other inactives are QB Nick Foles, S Jerome Couplin, OL Julian Vandervelde, OL Dennis Kelly, WR Jeff Maehl, and DE Taylor Hart.

Marcus Smith will back up Graham at outside linebacker.

For the Redskins, defensive end Jason Hatcher, linebacker Keenan Robinson, and running back Roy Helu Jr. are the notable inactives. Offensive lineman Trent Williams is active.
