Vince Velasquez might replace Adam Morgan in Phillies rotation
The Phillies were not prepared to announce it, but Pete Mackanin said he had a decent idea of what he will do Monday, when Adam Morgan's next turn in the rotation comes.
"We're in a holding pattern right now," Mackanin said. "If Bailey feels great tomorrow, that might ward off one move."
