Howard back in the lineup

Ryan Howard is playing first base and batting cleanup for the Phillies tonight in Boston.

Howard sat out Sunday's game with an ailing left knee. It's an injury that's had him out of the lineup three times in the last eight days.

Howard went 0-for-4 with 4 strikeouts the last time he was in the lineup, on Saturday in Washington. Since May 3, Howard is hitting .200 with a .235 OBP and a .528 OPS. He's struck out in 26 of his last 68 plate appearances.
