Miguel Alfredo Gonzalez leaves game with knee contusion

Phillies righthander Miguel Alfredo Gonzalez left Tuesday's Grapefruit League game against the Detroit Tigers in the third inning after taking a Jose Iglesias line drive off his leg.

CLEARWATER, Fla. --- Miguel Alfredo Gonzalez left Tuesday's Grapefruit League game against the Detroit Tigers with a right knee contusion.

The Cuban righthander sustained the contusion in the third inning when taking a Jose Iglesias line drive off his leg. He struggled before exiting, allowing three runs on five hits in his two innings of work. He allowed a two-run home run to Tigers centerfielder Daniel Fields in the second inning.

Seth Rosin replaced Gonzalez with no outs in the third.
