Five things you need to know about the 76ers today

Five things you need to know about the 76ers today:

1.  At 4-16, the Sixers have the worst record in the NBA. The Dallas Mavericks are ½ game ahead of them at 4-15.

2. Nik Stauskas is showing that he's an improved defender. The Sixers reserve guard's nine blocks rank fifth on the team behind Joel Embiid (29), Jahlil Okafor (22), Robert Covington (13) and Richaun Holmes (12).

3. Stauskas is no longer one of the league's top 10 three-point shooters. The third-year veteran's three-point shooting percentage of 41.5 percent is tied for 24th in the NBA with Phoenix's Jared Dudley.

4.  Sergio Rodriguez remains 10th in the NBA in assists. The point guard averages 6.8 per game.

5.  Today is the anniversary of one of Hal Greer's most memorable games.  The former Sixers guard finished with 37 points in a win over the Boston Celtics on Dec. 5, 1969.
