Five things you need to know about the 76ers today:

1. It's obvious that Nik Stauskas grew up in a basketball-loving household in the Toronto area. In addition to having a half-court on the property, his family's cat is named Dribbles.

2. Stauskas is back among the NBA's top 10 three-point shooters. The  reserve shooting guard is 10th with a shooting percentage of 44.6 percent.

3. Even though his minutes have been slashed with the return of Jerryd Bayless, Sergio Rodriguez remains one of the league's top assist men. The reserve point guard is tied with Indiana Pacers point guard Jeff Teague for 10th in the league at 6.8 assists per game.

4. Joel Embiid is fourth in the NBA in blocked shots. The Sixers rookie center is averaging 2.42 per game.

5. Yesterday was the anniversary of one of Moses Malone's most memorable games as a Sixer. He had 32 points, 23 rebounds and three blocks in a win over the Utah Jazz on Nov. 27, 1982.
