411 on Thunder: Russell Westbrook will return after missing one game with a fractured right cheek bone. Thunder coach Scott Brooks will see how the point guard feels Wednesday before the making the decision. He will wear a protective mask.  This isn't good news for the Sixers, losers of 11 straight against Oklahoma City. Westbrook has been playing like the NBA MVP favorite since teammate Kevin Durant has been sidelined with a sore foot.  Westbrook has averaged 30.6 points, 10.6 rebounds and 11.8 assists in the five games he's played since Durant's latest setback.
