Papal lockdown in Philadelphia a plot?
The city could seize the opportunity to permanently ban cars from the city’s core.
I'm surprised so much government activity hasn't stirred up the usual neurotic fears of a government takeover, such as those that followed the announcement of the Jade Helm 15 military maneuvers.
Jade Helm has now ended, but some people aren't so sure.
Here in Philly, how can we be sure the government will allow cars back in Center City? Maybe this is a big undercover takeover by the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia to ban all cars from the center of town.
Could it be the Feet First Philly folks doing the same, or a plot by Septa to get us onto mass transit?
