Remember the 6126 Collection that was supposed to happen in 2009?

Lohan, who is currently back in rehab, sued the company in January for $1.1 million over a breach of contract, trademark infringement and failure to pay royalties.

DNAM claims LiLo's "drug-addled image" singlehandedly destroyed the 6126 clothing line.

6126, by the way, stands for Marilyn Monroe's date of birth, June 1, 1926. What would Marilyn say now?
