South Philly native Amber Rose shone in a fitted, silver and white midi-dress with matching sparkling, open-toed mules.
"Pitch Perfect" actress Brittany Snow rocked a midi-dress, too. This colorblock Brandon Sun dress is great for spring and the geometric top has enough edge for MTV's blue carpet.
Supermodel Cara Delvigne looked adorable in an boho-style oxblood mini-dress with nude paneling and a high neck. She completed the Reem Acra dress with strappy black heels and a matching black belt. Her pulled back hair allows the dress' neckline to be the star.
"Teen Wolf" star Holland Roden looked positively springtime-mod in a structured, black and white floral Caterina Gatta mini-dress with turquoise slingbacks.
Jillian Rose Reed, best known for her role in MTV's "Awkward" wore a perfectly fitting A-line mini dress by StyleStalker. The dress is available on Asos.com for less than $200.
Jennifer Lopez looks well put together, offering us a slight variation from the typical, slinky, sexy cut-out looks she tends to favor. At the MTV Movie Awards, the singer paired the black Versace ensemble with strappy black and gold stillettos.
Singer Katie Stevens was modern and cute in this little white dress by Rachel Zoe.
Designer Rachel Antonoff wore an irredescent seafoam green and ruffled white blouse by her personal brand.
Up-and-coming "2 On" singer Tinashe looked unique in this slightly gothic, well-fitting Adam Selman maxi-dress. The peek-a-boo neckline and sleeves keep the dress from looking too formal.
Willow Shields plays Jennifer Lawrence's little sister Prim in the "Hunger Games" series, but the 14-year-old actress looks mature yet appropriate in this light blue, floral Bibhu Mohapatra dress. A red lip and wavy hair styled with a deep side part add to the retro vibe.
