John Cena, Wiz Khalifa collaborate on WWE 2K15 soundtrack
John Cena and Wiz Khalifa collaborate for two songs on the companion soundtrack for WWE 2K15, 2K Sports announced Monday.
Cena, the game's cover star, personally curated the list of songs and lends his lyrical talents alongside Khalifa to two tracks on the soundtrack titled "All Day" and "Breaks", which will be exclusive to the companion soundtrack. The soundtrack will be digitally released through Atlantic Records Oct. 21.
"As the WWE 2K15 cover superstar, curating the in-game soundtrack and working with Wiz Khalifa were great opportunities to further the musical brand as we do across all WWE programming, Cena said in the press release. "Reaching across many genres of music to some of my friends and those who have worked with WWE, I truly believe that gamers will become avid listeners of these songs."
The other songs on the companion soundtrack include stars such as B.o.B, Flo Rida and Big Smo. The in-game soundtrack will feature Avenged Sevenfold and Florida Georgia Line.
