SANTA CLARA, Calif. - In an extremely shocking turn of events, Seth Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank contract during the main event of WrestleMania 31 and pinned Roman Reigns to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

The original main event was Brock Lesnar defending his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Reigns. Lesnar dominated most of the match until Reigns pushed him into the ring post, causing him to bleed from his head.

Reigns quickly gained the upper hand and nearly put away Lesnar to win the title, but couldn't quite get it done.

While both men were recovering on the mat, Rollins' music hit and he ran down to cash in his contract. Rollins' cash in made the contest a triple threat match.

Rollins delivered curb stomps to both Lesnar and Reigns on his way to winning his first WWE World Heavyweight Championship in shocking fashion.
