U.S. women's national team unveils roster for May 27 game against China at PPL Park

Coach Pia Sundhage has announced a 28-player roster for a two-week training camp at Princeton, and the ensuing game at PPL Park.

The U.S. women's national team is headed to Princeton, N.J., for two weeks ahead of its game against China at PPL Park on Sunday, May 27.

Coach Pia Sundhage has announced a 28-player roster for the training camp and ensuing game. All the big names are involved, including Hope Solo, Carli Lloyd, Alex Morgan, Abby Wambach and many others.

The final roster for the Olympics will consist of just 18 players, so expect plenty of competition for those spots - especially at backup goalkeeper and on defense.
