It took all of nine minutes for the Montréal Impact to get on the board against Alajuelense in the first leg of their CONCACAF Champions League semifinal. Just five minutes, the roar from the crowd of 33,675 at Olympic Stadium grew even louder, as Victor Cabrera doubled the Impact's lead.

But they didn't score again for the rest of the night. So while it's great to have a 2-0 advantage heading down to Costa Rica, there are legitimate concerns that it might not be enough. We'll find out next Tuesday night.

Here are the highlights:

Montréal Impact (Canada) 2, Alajuelense (Costa Rica) 0

Montréal Impact: Ignacio Piatti 9', Victor Cabrera 14'
