The finale of the Art Sanctuary's 27th Annual Celebration of Black Writing is happening Saturday, June 4th.

The fun and games begin at 11 am. At 1 pm the live music performances begin. Taking the stage this afternoon will be DJ and MC MH The Verb. Not only will there be a DJ providing beats through the afternoon, there will be a large variety of performances. This includes an eclectic lineup by rock artist, Res, as well as standup comedy from comedian, Anthony "Tmor" Morris, spoken word from poet "Just Greg" Corbin, and trumpeter Hannibal Lokumbe.

This one of a kind literary fest is the Celebration of Black Writing which provides 100+ writers, musicians, filmmakers and artists from all over the ability to discuss their works over the course of 13 days. End this celebration by going to the live music event on Saturday!
