Celebrate Philadelphia’s United Jazz Festival

From September 13 - 22, you can enjoy any, or all, of these great jazz events.

Philadelphia shares a deep histiory, love, and appreciate for jazz music culture. The genre is seemingly making a comeback in our city with multiple celebrations honoring legendary local talents like John Coltrane, Billie Holiday and Sun Ra Arkestra. One of the newest celebrations is the first Philadelphia United Jazz Festival and Celebration that offers six days of concerts and other events during the month of September.

Brought to you by the same folks who created the Philadelphia Jazz and Poetry Festival in 2003, the Jazz Festival and Celebration will be a new annual event launching in Center City this month.
