For Disney lovers: Wilmington's Delaware Children's Theatre presents Disney's The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh as the Hundred Acre Woods' favorite animals go on a wild adventure. The show begins at 2 p.m.

For those who want to bare it all: Come to the Oval on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway for an au-naturale day of fitness. Naked Juice partners with Philly Core Fitness today to inspire Philly to practice healthy habits from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Did we mention that there will be free juice?

For those who aren't afraid to shake it: Let Beyonce be your spirit guide at this "twerk-shop," where attendees will shake what their momma gave them to Beyonce tracks and other booty-shaking inspired songs at Headlong Dance Theatre on Broad. The 90-minute class starts at 3 p.m.
