Recently Kanye West held a gala at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Kanye performed at his own Gala, and luckily he invited famous fashion photographer Tommy Ton of the blog Jak & Jil. While there, Mr. Ton managed to snap some truly captivating photos of Mr. West. Kanye wore only a simple tee shirt and American Apparel hooded sweatshirt, but he was encapsulated in sea of smoke and colors that really amplified the aesthetics of each shot.
