Meat lovers and obsessive organics rejoice for 'Fare', the new eco-conscious food and drink spot opening this Thursday in Fairmount! Not only is the food environmentally conscious (and from what we read, delicious) the place is also decked out in equally green-friendly decor. Their bar top is lit with recycled traffic lights and the dinging tables are made from scrapyard-sourced black walnut sapwood. Their drink list also includes organic liquors, brews, and wines and a majority of their food features humanely-treated and grass-fed proteins.
