For cyclists: Lady bikers of Philly! Bond over a cup of coffee at La Colombe Torrefaction (1414 S. Penn Square) at 8 a.m. today with other like-minded gals for the Women Bike PHL Coffee Club.

For rapid fire: A series of short presentations detailing some behind-the-scenes stories from local museum professionals will take place at the Berman Museum of Art (601 E. Main St., Collegeville) starting at 6:30 p.m.

For a detox: Learn some natural remedies to cleanse your body of all those Girl Scout Cookies at a 7 p.m. herbs, foods and tonics detox class at Wyck Historic House and Garden (6026 Germantown Ave.).

For a double feature: PhilaMOCA (531 N. 12th St.) hosts back-to-back low-budget horror films "Terrorgram" and "Chillers" starting at 7:30 p.m.

For free jams: The Kimmel Center (Broad and Spruce Streets) is all about good tunes tonight when percussionist Doc Gibbs hosts a jam session featuring the music of Wayne Shorter. Doors open at 8 p.m. with music from DJ Suga Shay.
