The National Rifle to open for Flogging Molly at Electric Factory
Philadelphia’s indie, punk rock outfit, The National Rifle, will have the honor of opening up for LA Celtic punk band Flogging Molly at the River Stage next Saturday.
The National Rifle includes everything you want out of a great band: indelible sing-along hooks, the artsy punk riot, the seamless amalgam of politically pocked, Philly-soul-infused rock and oddball punk. TNR still deftly straddles the line between power pop and punk rock. The shows are explosive dance marathons bringing the 40 ounce soaked basement parties to the big stage.
