6 having sex in van fined for not wearing seatbelts

Click it or ticket, indeed.

Apparently, it's not illegal to have sex in a moving vehicle if the folks involved are wearing their seatbelts.

At least that's what three half-naked Swiss couples found out last week on the "Spanish party island of Ibiza," according to The Local, a website of Spanish news in English.

The usual fine of about $270 was cut in half because the perps paid promptly on the spot.

The driver of the van, which seated nine, was also fined, according to the Diario de Mallorca.

The discovery happened during a routine sobriety check.

No word if it there was a mattress in the van, or a sign that read, "If the van is a rocking, don't come a knocking."
