As you can see in the above video from Jesse Wellens' Snapchat, a man who appears to be wearing a Randall Cunningham jersey — number 12 on the back — throws some strong kicks at an off-screen target as a pair of robotic-looking arms lay lifeless on the sidewalk. The time code on the "surveillance" video reads 5:46 a.m.
As Jason Nark notes, the Cunningham jersey is also a staple of Ed Bassmaster character Always Teste's wardrobe.
The footage appears to come from the area of Old City where Wellens dropped off hitchBOT in the early hours of Saturday morning, which you can see in the vlogger's video of the incident below. It begins around the 11-minute mark:
Unfortunately, though, that's all friends of hitchBOT have to go on at the moment. But one thing from the video is clear: That guy has some serious impulse control problems.
