Cpt. Mike of the Good Ship Netflix gives the best customer service experience you've ever seen

Most of the time, when you're experiencing technical difficulties with a device or service, the idea of calling a hotline or engaging in an IM chat with a customer service rep on a corporate website are more harrowing options than just punting on your marathon and never finding out who killed Rosie Larsen.

Most of the time, when you're experiencing technical difficulties with a device or service, calling a hotline or engaging in an IM chat with a customer service rep on a corporate website are more harrowing options than just punting on your marathon and never finding out who killed Rosie Larsen.

But, such is not the case with Netflix, apparently. Redditor normanhorn was having some technical difficulties while watching a particular episode of Parks & Recreation. In an attempt to solve the issue, he sought out a Netflix representative and their ensuing conversation is the unicorn of customer service assistance.

T"his is Cpt. Mike of the good ship Netflix, which crew member am I speaking with today?" the rep starts.

Playing along, Lt. Norm and Cpt. Mike proceeded to work on the Netflix glitch and "close the temporal loop."

Hopefully someone at Comcast is taking notes. [Reddit]
