'Empire' actor Yazz isn't feeling the Krispy Kreme hot dog

If you’re part of the fraction of the population that doesn’t indulge in the weekly guilty pleasure that is Fox’s hit show “Empire,” then you might not be aware of the show’s more stuck-in-your-head tracks, like “Drip Drop” by Philly’s own Yazz (Bryshere Gray).

If you're part of the fraction of the population that doesn't indulge in the weekly guilty pleasure that is Fox's hit show "Empire," then you might not be aware of the show's more stuck-in-your-head tracks, like "Drip Drop" by Philly's own Yazz (Bryshere Gray). The lyrics repeat the phrase, "She make that thing go drip, drop, drip, drippity, drop," naturally.

"Empire," a drama about a music mogul and his tumultuous family, recently released the Season One soundtrack. In honor of the album release, MTV played a game, "Drip Drop," with Yazz and his co-star Jussie Smollett. The point of the made-up game was for Yazz and Smollett to "drip" things they agreed with or approved of and "drop" things they didn't like.

Did Yazz and Smollett "drip" or "drop" the culinary creation that is the Wilmington Blue Rocks' Krispy Kreme doughnut hot dog? Do the "Empire" cast mates approve of Taylor Swift's $40 million leg insurance? Check out the clip above to find out.
