Everything you'll ever want to know about the Prancercise craze

Prancercise: Everyone's doing it.

Prancercise: Everyone's doing it. Well, they're not prancercising as much as they're, say, giggling at the instructional video and itching to find out more about its creator, Joanna Rohrback.

For those of you behind the ball, this is prancercising:

According to the official YouTube video, the technical definition of Prancercise is, "A springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse's gait and is ideally induced by elation."

Yes, it's hilarious. And, yes, Rohrback knows you're laughing at her more than you're laughing with her. But, she's been so busy scrambling to fix her website (the heavy traffic crashed it on Wednesday) and turning down interviews (she's been so bombarded with requests that she's, "going wacko") to care.

Rohrback did, though, manage to find time to speak with The Daily Beast about, among other things, the birth of Prancercise and the self-published book she wrote on the topic.
