Nicki Minaj condemns Bill Cosby sexual assault victim costume

This year someone dressed as Bill Cosby and one of his alleged rape victims for Halloween.

Each year there's a call to avoid the most offensive Halloween costumes and every year people shirk that advice and dress as controversially as possible. This year was no different, and next to costumes like a half-Caitlyn half-Bruce Jenner ensemble was an image of someone dressed as Bill Cosby and one of his alleged rape victims.

The costume, which was widely circulated on social media after Halloween on Saturday, Oct. 31, shows Cosby as an inflatable doll "spiking" a drink and the costume wearer, a white male, dressed as an incapacitated woman in a blonde wig.

Celebrities like New York's Power 105 radio personality DJ Clue shared the image, but his response — he posted an Instagram photo including a caption with laughing emoji that said, "This gotta stop #PillCosby" — differed dramatically from that of hip-hop artist and pop star Nicki Minaj.

Minaj reposted DJ Clue's image to Instagram on Sunday but condemned the photo and the costume. She simply said, "Our generation is so desensitized."

Cosby has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting more than 50 women. Through his attorneys, he has denied any wrongdoing and has not been charged in any of the cases.
