It's not a good day for U.S. Rep Chaka Fattah, who was indicted on racketeering conspiracy charges. But back in 2006, he was a good sport on The Colbert Report's "Better Know a District" segment in which host Stephen Colbert would profile various congressional districts around the country. How did Colbert describe Fattah's "fightin' 2nd"? "All the excitement of Disney World and never leaving the parking lot."

How you know this was filmed in sunnier times: Colbert asks Fattah to "answer charges" about Bill Cosby being from Philadelphia. "We embrace and love Bill Cosby," Fattah said proudly. Of course, he wouldn't say the same thing today.
