The U.S. Departmnent of Transportation issued its monthly report on airline on-time performance today, showing what a rough April PHL had. The story notes a good record for lost or mishandled bags for April from PHL's biggest carrier --something that couldn't have been reported until recently, with fewer passengers checking bags.
