Meteorologists are predicting showers with highs in the mid 40s tomorrow.

But a little precipitation may not be enough to stop the Comics, String Bands and Fancies from strutting down Broad Street. If the weather proves troublesome, however, the parade will be held Saturday.

Those kicking off the new year at Penns Landing tonight are in luck. The rain gear can be left at home but don't forget to dress in a hat and gloves to watch the annual display of fireworks since temperatures will be in the mid to low 30s.
