Robert R. Dwyer joined Huntingdon Valley Bank as senior vice president of commercial lending. He had been senior vice president and director of lending for First Keystone Bank.

Triumph Group Inc., Wayne, which designs, engineers, manufactures, repairs and overhauls aircraft components and accessories, named M. David Kornblatt senior vice president and chief financial officer. He had been senior vice president, finance, and chief financial officer at Carpenter Technology Corp., a manufacturer and distributor of specialty alloys and engineered products.

Oki Data Americas, Mount Laurel, promoted Greg Van Acker to vice president of U.S. sales. He had been vice president of channel and public-sector sales.
