Susquehanna Patriot Bank appointed Ronald G. Langlois vice president and commercial relationship manager. Langlois was vice president and senior loan officer for Earthstar Bank in Ambler.
Susquehanna also named Richard J. Simone senior vice president and commercial sales manager for commercial and industrial lending. Simone was regional vice president and commercial loan officer for Boardwalk Bank in Vineland.
Neuromed Pharmaceuticals named Mario Orlando vice president of marketing, a new position. Orlando was most recently at Wyeth as the executive director of Rapamune global strategy. Rapamune is an immunosuppressant drug for the prevention of transplant rejection.
Land Services USA named Roxanne Arena director of operations and Adam Schneider senior vice president. Arena was associate general counsel at Wawa Inc. Schneider was with the real estate practice group at Blank Rome L.L.P.
Andrew Deitch was named director of private investments for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Foundation and Pension Plan. He was comanager of the Pennsylvania State Employees' Retirement System in Harrisburg.
Bryn Mawr Trust Co. promoted Rande Whitham to senior vice president of the Wealth Management Division.
Good Shepherd Penn Partners, a joint venture of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network and the University of Pennsylvania Health System, named Michael J. Soisson executive director. Soisson held positions at Mitretek-Gill/Balsano Consulting; Select Specialty Hospitals in Greensburg, Camp Hill and York, Pa.; Conemaugh Health System in Johnstown, Pa.; and HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The National Constitution Center promoted Ashley Berke to public relations manager. Berke was public relations coordinator. Since joining the National Constitution Center, Berke has managed regional media relations for all of its changing exhibits, and coordinated numerous press events, including Liberty Medal ceremonies, the 2006 senatorial debate, and the 2007 mayoral debate, among others.

Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey/Quaker City Goodwill promoted Michael Shaw to the new position of chief operating officer. Shaw joined the regional branch of Goodwill as vice president of retail operations in November 2000.
Tropicana Entertainment named Mark Giannantonio president and general manager of its hotel and casino operations at the Tropicana Atlantic City. He has served as vice president of hotel operations and executive vice president of operations. Giannantonio will succeed Fred Buro, current president and chief operating officer of the Tropicana Atlantic City casino.
Strohl Systems promoted Brian Turley from president, a position he has held since 2001, to chief executive officer.
