Nancy J. Wysenski was named chief operating officer of Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc., Chadds Ford. She most recently was president of EMD Pharmaceuticals Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of Merck KGaA based in Germany.

Vincent J. Mandes was named vice president of finance and human resources for Lincoln Investment Planning Inc., Wyncote. He was chief financial officer of Rose Management Services L.P., a Newtown-based franchisee of Applebee's International Inc.

Anita Graham was named chief administrative officer and executive vice president of corporate business services for Shire P.L.C., Wayne. She was executive vice president of human resources.

Matthew Petronio was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer of Just Born Inc., Bethlehem. He was vice president of customer and brand development at the privately owned candy-maker.

Beth Rubino was named senior vice president of human resources at QVC Inc., West Chester. She was vice president of human resources operations and services. She succeeds Tom Clardy, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities.

Michael Dey was named president of Scientific Affairs Women's Health. He was president and general manager of Wyeth Women's Health Care.

Musto succeeds Arnold Levitt, who will remain with the company as senior vice president until his retirement in November.

Michael Cruz was named director of the division of the vice provost for university life at the University of Pennsylvania. He was assistant director and college awareness coordinator at the School District of Philadelphia.

Kevin Spurway was named chief marketing officer at Altosoft, a Newtown Square software developer. He was vice president of marketing and solutions for Appian Corp., Vienna, Va.

Jeffrey N. Morgan was named chief operations officer of Cubellis Inc., a design firm based in Boston. He was principal in charge of the Philadelphia office.

Clifford Perlis was named U.S. medical director of Lucid Inc., a Rochester, N.Y., medical-device-maker. He remains director of Mohs surgery in the department of medical oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia.

Bradley Wear was named senior vice president and chief financial officer of I-trax Inc., a Chadds Ford provider of workplace health services. He was chief financial officer of QualifactsSystems Inc., Nashville. Wear succeeds David R. Bock.

Vincent Esposito was named head of U.S. mutual funds at Aberdeen Asset Management Inc., the Philadelphia-based U.S. subsidiary of Aberdeen Asset Management P.L.C. He was a managing director of DWS Scudder Investments and president of Scudder Mutual Funds.

Stuart Adair was named executive director of Astral Artistic Services, Philadelphia. He was director of the Business Volunteers for the Arts program for the Arts & Business Council of Greater Philadelphia.

Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack named a new executive vice president and chief operating officer: Michael Odell, who recently held a similar position with Sears Retail & Specialty Stores.
