was promoted to managing director, digital practice, at Harte-Hanks, Yardley. He was senior vice president for digital marketing for data-based marketing solutions.

Filipe Santos

was named director of search technology of the Star Group, based in Cherry Hill. He was associate director of natural search at 360i/Innovation Interactive, New York.

Cherie Grobbel

was named vice president of international finance at QVC Inc., West Chester. She was vice president of international finance at GameStop Inc.

Richard T. Minoff

was named president and chief executive officer of Dorland Global Corp., a Philadelphia health-care-advertising firm, as of Jan. 1. He was president of the Dorland Global Health Communications division. Minoff succeeds both Harry Sweeney, who had been CEO, and Rita Sweeney, who had been president and chief operating officer.
