was named president and chief executive officer of Dorland Global Corp., a Philadelphia health-care-advertising firm, as of Jan. 1. He was president of the Dorland Global Health Communications division. Minoff succeeds both Harry Sweeney, who had been CEO, and Rita Sweeney, who had been president and chief operating officer.
