has been promoted to senior vice president. Urick had been vice president of pharmacy services.

Steven L. Fahrenkrog

has been promoted to vice president of regional development at the Project Management Institute, Newtown Square. He had been manager of standards and director of knowledge delivery at PMI, a membership association for the project management profession.

Chris Carmolingo

has been appointed executive vice president of Trico Lift, responsible for day-to-day operations of the Millville, N.J., aerial lift company. Carmolingo has been with the company for more than 15 years, in various management roles related to equipment rental, retail sales and leasing.

of Mount Laurel, who joined the company in 1997 as controller, was named chief financial officer.

Cellvizio Inc., of Newtown, named

Chris Tihansky

as president. Cellvizio, which does in-vivo cellular imaging, is the U.S. subsidiary of Paris-based Mauna Kea Technologies.

Michael Soisson

is the new executive director of Good Shepherd Penn Partners, the joint venture between Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network and the University of Pennsylvania Health System. It is scheduled to begin providing post-acute medical care July 1. Soisson previously was a senior health-care consultant specializing in post-acute care.

Frank D. Sites

is the new nursing executive. Sites was previously operations director of Penn E-lert eICU at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kim R. Wells,

the former Howard University director of career services, will become executive vice president of diversity at Universum, in Philadelphia.

The American Red Cross Southeastern Pennsylvania chapter has appointed

Emily Davis

as a senior director of financial development handling relationship management and supervising grant proposals for various Red Cross programs. She had been director of individual giving and membership at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.
