as president. Cellvizio, which does in-vivo cellular imaging, is the U.S. subsidiary of Paris-based Mauna Kea Technologies.
Michael Soisson
is the new executive director of Good Shepherd Penn Partners, the joint venture between Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network and the University of Pennsylvania Health System. It is scheduled to begin providing post-acute medical care July 1. Soisson previously was a senior health-care consultant specializing in post-acute care.

Emily Davis
as a senior director of financial development handling relationship management and supervising grant proposals for various Red Cross programs. She had been director of individual giving and membership at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.
