to vice president and managing director in the Philadelphia office of Wilmington Trust of Pennsylvania. Cassidy had been vice president and senior investment adviser.

senior vice president, loss management. He had been executive vice president of strategic sales for LandAmerica Lender Services, a provider of mortgage servicing products and technology.

Haverford Trust Co., Radnor, promoted

Catherine P. Michell

to director of sales, in addition to her current position as vice president and portfolio manager. Before joining Haverford in 2006, Michell was senior vice president at McHugh Associates Inc., an investment advisory firm in Radnor.

has rejoined Alliance Bank, Broomall, as assistant vice president of branch administration. She had previously been branch manager in Landsdowne.

Pinnacle Group, an East Norriton human-resources and training firm, named

Patricia Manion Cellucci

manager of business development. Cellucci had been the first nonclergy director of the Office for Youth and Young Adults for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
