, retail division, was promoted from senior associate to vice president.

Wilmington Trust Corp. promoted
Kemp C. Stickney
to chief fiduciary officer in the company's wealth advisory services business. Stickney had been president of Wilmington Trust FSB, Florida.
Ketan Gandhi
was named publisher of Broad Street Publications, which is owned by Philadelphia Media Holdings, whose other properties include The Inquirer, the Daily News and Philly.com. Gandhi had been president and publisher of the Home News Tribune in East Brunswick, N.J., and Courier-News in Bridgewater, N.J.
