In its Delaware office,

Mark Chubb,

industrial division, and

Mary Beth Rowan

, office division, were promoted to senior vice president from vice president.

Mark Undorf

, retail division, was promoted from senior associate to vice president.

In its New Jersey office division,

Evan Zweben

was promoted from senior associate to vice president, and

David Dunkelman

, retail division, from vice president to senior vice president.

Wilmington Trust Corp. promoted

Kemp C. Stickney

to chief fiduciary officer in the company's wealth advisory services business. Stickney had been president of Wilmington Trust FSB, Florida.

Ketan Gandhi

was named publisher of Broad Street Publications, which is owned by Philadelphia Media Holdings, whose other properties include The Inquirer, the Daily News and Philly.com. Gandhi had been president and publisher of the Home News Tribune in East Brunswick, N.J., and Courier-News in Bridgewater, N.J.

Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc., Chadds Ford, named

Blaine T. Davis

vice president, investor relations and corporate communications. He had been director of alliance management within the Corporate & Business Development unit at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
