Douglas H. Walker was named president of the Concrete Sawing and Drilling Association, a Saint Petersburg, Fla., trade organization. He is director of operations for Atlantic Concrete Cutting Inc., Mount Holly. He also owns and operates Atlantic Subsurface Imaging L.L.C.

Jeffrey C. Hampton, a partner and co-chair of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department at Saul Ewing L.L.P., Philadelphia, was elected president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, an international nonprofit association. He will also serve as a member of the TMA International board of directors.

HealthLink Medical Center, a nonprofit clinic in Southampton staffed mostly by volunteer medical and dental professionals, elected longtime volunteer Anthony E. Giannetti chairman of the board. He is a dentist in private practice at Dachowski, Giannetti & Associates, Willow Grove, and is on staff at Holy Redeemer Hospital and Medical Center.

Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation, a Newtown Square nonprofit organization that assists military personnel and their families, elected Jim Taylor to its board. He is division president of military housing for Balfour Beatty Construction.

The Homeless Advocacy Project, a legal-services organization for the homeless in Philadelphia, named the following to its board:

Sara Brandes is strategic client manager at Lexis-Nexis, Philadelphia.

The Philadelphia Police Foundation, an independent, nonprofit organization to help strengthen the Philadelphia Police Department and promote public safety, elected the following officers to its board:

Robert J. Ciaruffoli, chairman and chief executive officer of Parente Randolph L.L.C., Philadelphia, is president. He succeeds William C. Whitmore Jr., chairman, president, and chief executive officer at AlliedBarton Security Services L.P., Conshohocken.

Maureen Rush, vice president for public safety at the University of Pennsylvania's Division of Public Safety, is vice president.

EducationWorks Inc., a nonprofit Delaware Valley educational organization that serves urban children and families, named Richard Laster and Stephan Roker to its board.
