David Strout Jr., vice president and partner, Cettei & Connell Inc. insurance, Woodbury.
The Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corp. named Agnes Marie Ogletree to its board. She is the chief operating officer for Wireless Philadelphia.

Patricia B. Miller and Jane Barr Pino were appointed to three-year terms on the board of PathWays PA, a nonprofit social-services organization. Miller is chief operating officer for Nobel Learning Communities Inc., West Chester. Barr Pino is principal of Jane Barr Pino & Associates, Fort Washington.
