Bruce's rep refers the media to a statement the Boss posted in '06 in response to allegations of another affair.

Bruce wrote at the time that his own marriage to Patti Scialfa, 53, was rock-solid: "Patti and I have been together for 18 years - the best 18 years of my life . . . and our commitment to one another remains as strong as the day we were married."

star with a suit accusing him of breach of settlement agreement and domestic abuse, among other things.

Marquez makes several ugly allegations against Caruso. She claims that he accused her of having affairs (and of wanting to sleep with Billy Dee Williams), and that he berated and otherwise mentally abused her.

Marquez alleges that Caruso asked her to terminate her first pregnancy and then told her, "I guess for now you'll just be a birthing cow."

In '08, the suit says, Caruso promised Marquez a $1 mil settlement, but he never paid.
