SE Financial Corp., the holding company for St. Edmond's Federal Savings Bank, a federally chartered Philadelphia stock savings institution, elected the following to its board:

Samuel Barsky is a public accountant at Gitomer & Berenholz P.C., Huntingdon Valley.

Andrew A. Hines retired as a manager from Atlantic Richfield Co.

William F. Saldutti is an attorney and partner at Dembo & Saldutti, Cherry Hill.

Meridian Bank, Devon, elected Denise Lindsay to its board. She is an executive vice president and chief financial officer of Meridian.

The Reading Terminal Market Corp., the nonprofit group that manages the Reading Terminal Market, elected Albert A. Mezzaroba as its chairman. Mezzaroba succeeds Ricardo M. Dunston, who stepped down from the post in January. Mezzaroba is currently of counsel to Walker Bowman P.C., Philadelphia, and was executive director of the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority until August.

George Rubin, vice chairman and trustee of Pennsylvania Real Estate Trust, Philadelphia, was named to the Delaware Valley Real Estate Investment Fund L.P. Review Board. The fund include investors of many of the largest Philadelphia building and construction trade union pension funds and, since its inception, has invested in 100 percent union-built projects in excess of $900 million.

Rite Aid Corp., a Camp Hill, Pa., drugstore chain, appointed David R. Jessick to its board. He replaces George G. Golleher, elected in 2007 for a three-year term, who resigned. Jessick is currently an independent investor and was senior executive vice president and chief administrative officer for the company from December 1999 to July 2002. He then was a consultant to the company for three years.

Ocean Power Technologies Inc., a Pennington, N.J., wave-energy technology company, appointed Mark Robert Draper and Joseph Victor Chatigny to its board. Draper has been the company's chief executive officer since January and has been the CEO and director of the company's wholly owned European subsidiary, Ocean Power Technologies Ltd., since 2004. Chatigny is group vice president and general manager of Measurement Specialties Inc., Hampton, Va.

Brinker Capital Securities Inc., a Berwyn management firm, said its founder and chief executive officer, Chuck Widger, was named chairman of the board of governors of the Money Management Institute Inc., a Southampton national organization for the managed-solutions industry that represents portfolio-management firms and sponsors of investment-consulting programs.

Andrew Toy is director, Retail Resource Network at The Enterprise Center, Philadelphia.

Former State Sen. Bob Rovner was appointed a member of the board for the Pennsylvania Lawyers Fund for Client Security. The organization was established 25 years ago to reimburse victims of attorney dishonesty.
