had joined the company as senior vice president of taxation. She had been senior vice president of tax for Time Warner Cable.

Adaptive Solutions Inc., a Norristown provider of support and consulting services for law firms and Fortune 500 corporate legal departments, said John Kairis is business development manager, Washington region. Kairis had been a senior account executive at SHI International Inc.

The World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia has announced that Linda M. Conlin has been named president. She most recently was vice chairwoman and first vice president of the Export-Import Bank of the United States in Washington.

Keystone Conservation Trust, a land-conservation organization based in Radnor, said Jack Butler had joined the nonprofit group as vice president. He will manage the Legacy Property Fund, which creates charitable gifts for nonprofit organizations through real estate transactions. He had been vice president of land acquisition for home builder Toll Bros. Inc.

Jeanne Mell has joined the University City Science Center in Philadelphia as vice president marketing communications. She had been senior vice president, communications, for the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce.

Conestoga Bank, Chester Springs, announced the appointment of Jennifer Sandner as relationship manager for its Chester Springs, Chesterbrook and Media branches. Sandner, also a vice president with the bank, had been a regional manager and vice president with Conestoga Bank.

The bank also named Terri Davis as relationship manager for its Blue Bell, Feasterville, and Glenside branches. In this role, Davis also is a vice president with Conestoga Bank.
