Melinson have been elected corporate board members of the nonprofit CORA Services, the Children & Family Resource, which provides educational, counseling, and human-services programs in the Philadelphia area. Saidel is an associate in the law firm Cohen, Placitella & Roth P.C., Philadelphia. Melinson was a deputy general counsel to former Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge and is chief marketing partner at Drinker, Biddle & Reath L.L.P., Philadelphia.
DuPont Co., of Wilmington, has named Samuel W. Bodman to its board. He is the former U.S. secretary of energy and former chairman and chief executive officer of Cabot Corp., Boston.
Trevena Inc., a Philadelphia-based drug-discovery company, has named Robert Ruffolo to its board. He joined the company's scientific-advisory board in January. He is a retired president of research and development at Wyeth, Collegeville, and also spent 17 years at SmithKline Beecham P.L.C.
