Agriculture: Build 200 rural waste and water systems.

Defense: Start 2,300 improvement projects at 359 military bases.

Education: Hire 135,000 teachers, principals, and support staff.

EPA: Begin or accelerate cleanup at 20 Superfund sites.

Health and Human Services: Expand service at 1,129 health centers for 300,000 patients.

Interior: Make improvements at 107 national parks.

Justice: Fund 5,000 new or saved law-enforcement jobs.

Labor: Create 125,000 summer jobs for youths.

Transportation: Improve 98 airports and 1,500 highways.

Veterans Affairs: Improve 90 medical centers.
